Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held over Zoom

  • We can either work together weekly or fortnightly.

  • I offer short term and long term support. How long we work together is flexible and down to you.

  • There will be practical action steps, mindfulness practices, tools and intentions for you to focus on between sessions, all designed to help you find freedom from disordered eating patterns and supporting you to create the life you want

  • Get really clear on your food rules, self imposed restrictions so you can begin to let them go

  • Untangle the societal messages you get about correlating your self worth to your body size

  • Learn mindfulness practices to tap back into your gut instinct and respond to hunger and fullness cues

  • Get clarity on your values so that you can let go of all the “shoulds” in your life and stop saying yes when you mean to say no

  • Take a deeper look at your mental health, identify past traumas and uncover your (often subconscious) triggers

  • Challenge your perceptions, so that you’re free to truly live the life you want

  • Build some emotional muscle through mindfulness practices

  • Learn how to create distance from your inner critic

  • Begin to change your behaviours around eating and / or exercise

  • Learn practices for self compassion and how to get up when you fall down

  • Get clarity on the stories you tell yourself that are keeping you stuck and begin to re-write them to something more empowering

  • Have cultivated sense of freedom from the inner food critic and be on your way to eating mindfully and intuitively

  • Be well on your way to trusting yourself with food and enjoying the pleasure of eating again
